Deleting sets of data from CultureAI

In some cases, you may want to remove sets of data from CultureAI.

This could be, for example, wiping your events from your testing period so you can start fresh on your company wide roll out.

Please note that a data wipe is permanent, once the request has been fulfilled, we will not be able to retrieve any data that was removed.

Types of data wipe

 

A wipe of all event and risk data

This will reset all your employee scores, clicks, events, training completion and all risks raised in the platform.

Your settings, such as JIT notifications, Integrations and User Syncing will remain untouched. 

Once requested, this wipe will take up to three working days to complete.

 

A full account reset

If you wish to complete wipe all data, settings, and integrations within your account you can request a full account reset.

This will completely remove everything from you account, and you would need to re-set everything up from the start.

Once requested, this wipe will take up to three working days to complete.

 

Removing certain sets of data

If you want to remove only one or two sets of data, for example, simulated phishing clicks and reported emails, you can request only these sets of data to be removed.

Once requested, this will take 4-8 weeks to process and remove the chosen data. Please note that this time period is not able to be sped up or expediated.

 

Requesting a data wipe

To request a data wipe, an admin of your CultureAI account should email success@culture.ai 

A member of our support team will send you a form to fill out to confirm what data you want to be removed.

Please note that a data wipe is permanent, once the request has been fulfilled, we will not be able to retrieve any data that was removed. Be sure to thoroughly check the form you send over, as this is what will be used to conduct your data wipe. 

Our support team will not check the contents of the form against any other requests, and are not responsible for any incorrectly filled out forms.
