      Whitelisting IP Addresses for CultureAI

      To guarantee the successful delivery of emails from the CultureAI system and simulated phishing campaigns, we suggest adding the following IP addresses to the whitelist in your email security solutions and firewalls.

      General System Emails

      These IP addresses are used to send platform notifications, welcome emails, and other essential platform communications.

      • 149.72.233.190
      • 149.72.224.180

      Simulated Phishing Campaigns

      To ensure that simulated phishing emails are delivered correctly, you should whitelist IP addresses based on your configuration.

      If your organisation is using DirectSend whitelist the following IP addresses.

      • 18.168.112.23
      • 18.169.30.9
      • 18.169.49.67

      If you're not using DirectSend whitelist the following IP addresses.
