Automatically invite new employees to the Security Centre

How to automate inviting new employees to CultureAI

You can automate the process of inviting new employees to their Security Centre, ensuring that all new employees are able to access their Security Centre as soon as they get started.

If you set an employee to have access to the CultureAI admin dashboard, the email sent to them will instead direct them to the admin dashboard.

They can access the Security Centre by clicking on the set of squares next to the "CultureAI" button at the top of the admin dashboard, and clicking the "Security Centre" option.

Steps

  1. Log in to your CultureAI admin account
  2. Click the cog button at the top of your dashboard
  3. Click into "Users and Access"
  4. Click the "User Syncing" tab
  5. Click the "Welcome Email Settings" button
  6. Toggle the "Send new starter a welcome email?" on
  7. If you wish to delay the welcome email by a few days after the employee has been synced to CultureAI, you can set up to 30 days here
  8. Click "Save"
