      How to set up ServiceNow

      How to integrate your ServiceNow with CultureAI

      Steps

      1. Login to the CultureAI admin dashboard 
      2. Click on 'Data Sources' along your sidebar
      3. A tab should have appeared with all the different data sources you can enable, select the 'ServiceNow' one. You may need to scroll through to find it
      4. Click the red 'Enable' button
      5. A new window will pop up with the steps you need to take to integrate your Service Now with CultureAI
      6. Fill in the required details and click the green 'Integrate with ServiceNow' button
      7. You will now see the testing screen, this is where the connection between CultureAI and ServiceNow will be tested to ensure everything is working properly
      8. You're done!
