      Missing reporting button in Outlook

      If you've enabled the reporting button but it's disappeared

       
      Sometimes, when Outlook updates, it will 'reset' buttons and put them back to their default settings. This can remove the CultureAI reporting button from where it originally was.
      This is a limitation of Microsoft and Outlook software that CultureAI isn't able to influence or control.
      To put the button back to where it was, you will need to head into Outlook and manually update this.
      1. Click on the settings cog at the top of your Outlook
      2. Click on the 'Email' section
      3. Click 'Customise Actions'
      4. Scroll down in the page and tick the 'Report Phishing' button
      5. This will then surface the reporting button when you open up an email.
