How to request a custom email address for notifications
By default, any notifications sent from the CultureAI dashboard to your employees will come from "noreply@culture.ai".
This includes;
- Training/Policy reminders
- JIT (Just-in-time) notifications
- Reported email case closure notifications
If you'd prefer to have emails come from a custom email address that's branded to your company, we can set this up for you.
It's important for employees to read and interact with the emails that CultureAI sends out. Setting a custom email that's a familiar domain helps build trust with employees, making it more likely that they'll open the emails.
To request this, please email success@culture.ai with the following information;
- The email address you'd like to use
- The From address you'd like to use in the email. For example "From your security team"
Once your custom email has been created, any emails sent out from the CultureAI platform will come from your chosen email.
