Create a custom email address for notifications from CultureAI to be sent from
CultureAI can send out a variety of emails to your employees, you can see a full list of emails that may be sent to your employees by clicking here.
By default, all emails from CultureAI will come from noreply@culture.ai
If you would like to brand these emails, you can set this up in CultureAI.
Good to know
- The address you use doesn't have to be an active email, emails will still send without issue even if the email doesn't actually exist
- If you use a live email address with an active inbox, any replies to emails will be sent to that inbox. (Note that this will include any auto-replies, such as OOO emails)
- You may need to set an SPF record to use a custom email address if you have anti-spoofing policies in place. You can do this via your DNS, please check this before setting up your email.
If you do need to add us to your SPF, please use the following IP's;
149.72.233.190 and 149.72.224.180 - If you still struggle with DMARC failures, please reach out to success@culture.ai and request the "SendGrid CNAME records for your custom email". We can generate these for you to use in your DNS
