How to sync manager metadata from your Okta to CultureAI
If you want your employee's managers to be visible in CultureAI, you will need to fill out the correct fields in Okta.
The user.managerId attribute mapping (this can also be called "ManagerValue") must be set to an email in Okta. If this is set to something else, or that field isn't filled in, the manager data will not sync to CultureAI.
If you haven't yet set up your Okta sync, please click here to view our guide.
